SIA Robologic reg. nr.40103716947 the car accident on the way to the working place in Germany. November of 2021.

Another incident from my relationship with the employer.

After two partial months from the start of my working in SIA Robologic reg. nr.40103716947, the employer has sent me by the company's car to Germany. In Poland company's driver completely crashed the car into another one, that has stopped in the left lane of the autobahn. In the meantime, with the intense pain in my back I ended up in hospital. That same night one after another the SIA Robologic's reg. nr.40103716947 both owners and chief accountant started calling me. During the conversation each of them persistently explained to me, that I cannot stay in the hospital due to lacking of my European insurance. On the next day after I had payed from my own money the hospitals bill for approximately €270, I had left it wearing the custom-fitted corset. Back at home after paying for the medical examination I have received a report that confirmed the diagnosis made in Poland - vertebral fracture in the spine. I was prescribed bed rest for 1.5 months and the associated medication. Any vertical movements were allowed only with the corset help. On the 2nd of December, the employer neatly payed sick leave A in the amount of €165,50. The second part for the sick leave from the government I haven't been payed due to working on the company for less than three months.

In the January of the 2022 during the visit of the employers office the chairman of the SIA Robologic reg. nr.40103716947, that sent me to the exact trip by himself told me - «Это типичный страховой случай.» After this I went to the chief accountant where I heard the following several phrases, «Я тебе говорила, что надо застраховаться. Никто никому ничего не должен. Если хочешь, можешь поговорить со страховщиками.»

In this way, for the opportunity "to work" in SIA Robologic reg. nr.40103716947 I had payed with several hundreds of euro and with two-month of complete disability.
